William P Wallace formed Preferred Marketing Associates, Inc. in 1983 after a successful career in management for companies supplying the building industry. Bill focuses on building a long term business and takes pride in the company’s history of building profits for its principals, some of whom PMA has represented for in excess of twenty years. Jeff Calabrese began his business career with Preferred Marketing in 1986 after graduation from college. Jeff has proven highly effective in developing business in all channels of the market, including two-step and one-step distribution, and retail. In addition to the outstanding sales results Jeff helps to achieve, he has become the company’s reference point for the latest developments in computer and communications technology. Andrew Bredesen joined Preferred Marketing in 1992 after successful careers in sales for both distribution and manufacturing. Andy’s prior experience included sales to builders while working for a large one-step distributor, and opening and developing distribution for Wasco Products, Inc. after graduating from the University of Texas and serving in the U.S. Army. Steve Leighton started with Preferred Marketing in 2006. His professional experience includes over twenty five years in sales and management with companies supplying the building industry. This includes successful careers with retail, distribution, and manufacturing companies providing him with well rounded experience in the supply sides of our business. While starting in our industry in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, most of Steve's work has been in New England calling on and working with dealers, contractors, distributors, and architects. Steve is married and resides in Portland, Maine with his family. Anita Skill joined the company in 1990 as part-time sales coordinator and became full-time in early 2005 after the retirement of another employee. Anita’s long-term familiarity with the customer base serves all principals well.
