Preferred Marketing Associates, Inc. was established in 1983.  Our founder, Bill Wallace, drew upon prior experience as National Sales Manager for Wasco Products,Inc., the nation's leading residential skylight manufacturer. He also drew upon prior experience as Regional Sales Manager for Caradco Corporation, and Clopay Corporation, two leading manufacturers of doors and windows.


The business purpose of Preferred Marketing is to generate an ever increasing stream of profitable orders.  Good business management along with merchandising, sales training and the ability to close the sale are proven strengths which PMA utilizes to produce RESULTS.  Since its inception, Preferred Marketing has achieved significant increases in sales-- and profits-- for its principals.  We have been privileged to receive our share of recognition for a "job well done", including Wasco Products 50th Anniversary award for the highest percentage and dollar volume sales increase in one year.  We know our markets, we know the people we are working with, and we know the difference between activity and productivity.


Preferred Marketing currently consists of four outside Sales Associates and an inside Sales Coordinator.  Our sales force draws from a broad spectrum of experience in selling for manufacturers, wholesalers and one-step distributors in the building materials industry and, combined, represents many years of successful sales experience.  With four outside sales persons covering a limited geographical area, we bring the ability to penetrate a market rather than merely "cover" it.


Located just outside of Philadelphia in southern New Jersey, Preferred Marketing services Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, eastern New York, and New England. PMA currently represents a number of manufacturers in this area.
